For custom orders, a deposit is required after Step 1, and details will be discussed during the process. Please note, there are no returns on custom orders, but design changes may be considered during Step 2. Once in production, returns or changes are not possible. For online/IG orders, we offer a 2-day return policy. Upon sale or inquiry, we will provide information on an undisclosed location for in-person transactions.
